Retail investors face hundreds of pages of dense financial disclosures with no interpretive layer. Existing platforms focus on execution, not evaluation — pushing transactions, not understanding. There is no standardised, independent framework to assess product quality before committing capital.
What We Built
Praman Ank converts complexity into clarity. We analyze official disclosures, apply structured research models, and evaluate every IPO on two independent dimensions: Listing Day Potential and Long-Term Value. These combine into a single IPO Score — an interpretive signal, not a recommendation.
Our Principle
We operate as public trust infrastructure. No issuer can influence our evaluation. We have no commercial relationships with companies we assess. We do not monetise based on IPO performance. Our model is information-based, not transaction-linked.

Samir Ahluwalia has over three decades of experience in content strategy, financial communications, and media leadership. Prior to founding his advisory practice, he served as the Chief Executive Officer – Content at Zee Media Corporation Limited and was the founding editor of Zee Business, one of India's leading financial news channels. At Praman Ank, he leads strategic direction, stakeholder engagement, and the translation of complex financial analysis into accessible, investor-friendly communication. His deep understanding of investor behaviour and financial information ecosystems helps ensure that analytical rigour is complemented by clarity and usability.

Arpan Banerjee brings over two decades of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and growing financial content ecosystems. Over the course of his career, he has led content and commercial initiatives across leading media networks including Times Network and Zee Media, working across brands such as ET Now, Times Now, Zee Business, Zee News, WION, Mirror Now, and Zee TV. He also played an instrumental role in building Content Advisory Group into one of India's leading content advisory firms for the BFSI sector. At Praman Ank, he is responsible for strategic partnerships, ecosystem development, and scaling the platform's reach across investors, intermediaries, and institutional stakeholders.

At Praman Ank, he leads brand development and investor outreach initiatives, helping build awareness and trust around the platform's mission of democratising access to structured financial evaluation.

Vanishree Walunj is an alumna of the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (Class of 1996) and brings nearly three decades of diverse experience spanning consulting, process architecture, governance frameworks, risk management, cost accounting, risk and compliance. Over the course of her career, she has worked across multiple business functions and organisational contexts, developing deep expertise in designing scalable processes, strengthening governance mechanisms, improving operational efficiency, and embedding robust control environments. At Praman Ank, she is responsible for establishing the governance and operating architecture that underpins the platform's credibility and scalability, ensuring that analytical innovation is matched by institutional discipline, robust controls, and long-term operational resilience.

Apoorv Saxena leads the quantitative architecture and analytical engine underlying Praman Ank's evaluation framework. A specialist in Indian capital markets, he holds the NISM Series-XV Research Analyst certification and is pursuing the CFA charter. His work combines financial theory, corporate valuation, and data modelling with a strong focus on developing objective, repeatable evaluation methodologies. At Praman Ank, he is responsible for designing proprietary analytical models, developing evaluation matrices, and transforming complex datasets into structured, interpretable insights that support informed investment decision-making.
